Areas of expertise

Joseph Hopkins has over 25 years of experience as a language teacher and teacher trainer. Since 2001 he has worked for the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a totally online distance learning institution. His main areas of expertise are web-based language teaching and learning, online learning communities, language teaching management, ICT training for language teachers, and computer-mediated communication.
